Veteran's Memorial Park is in the southwest portion of Cornwallis Park. Using plants contributed by club members, we will work to rehabilitate plantings in the park.

During 2025, an initial plan for the park was sketched, and trees were obtained from Bunchberry Nurseries and planted during the fall.

As of early April 2026, the club: applied for 2 grants to fund rehabilitation work; obtained a quote to replace the 4 dilapidated signs at the park; sought materials for benches to be installed in the park; and continued work with Veterans' Affairs Canada to move into the park a cenotaph currently adjacent to Highway 1 in Cornwallis Park.

Club members will work with staff and students at the school to re-establish student gardening, providing plants, mentorship, and encouragement to the next generation of Clements Township gardeners.
